The gang culture in the office is horrible. If you dont fit into a group you feel left out and are bullied. Some people spend their lunchtimes just back stabbing people and bad mouthing them with alot of senior people just sitting down and laughing. Very unprofessional, disorganised and they take advantage of how much you give. Dont recommend them at all
