Pros
-very helpful seniors and supportive colleagues -can be very challenging, learning new things everyday -no gossip; people actually get their work done here -good exposure to handling different type of projects
Cons
-not proper training session on software application (seniors are sometimes too busy to teach juniors) -no flexible work arrangement (wfh/hybrid options) -like all jobs, we sometimes need to do very petty tasks for some projects -not very systematic, would be better to have better time management for projects so workers don't need to OT -very old-school in handling admin task while other companies are already using microsoft teams or better system -need to OT when there's a tight project deadline
