Pros
- Nice colleagues to work with - The comapany is interested in using AI and putting it to good use
Cons
- Upper-Management seems to have a new direction or strategy every 6 months, meaning the company is in a constant change of flux and confusion - Poor communucations of strategy - very top down and low on detail which leads to a lack of clarity across the org - Layoffs and dismissals are always on the horizon. It is not always clear how this is done - sometimes strong performers are fired with no clear rationale. The company has had multiple layoff rounds in my time here.
