      - Real enthusiasm for the beautiful product (jewelry) and design from everyone - Easy to get ahold of anyone for a quick chat and can talk about anything - Good benefits - Open to feedback and quick changes - Everyone works hard

      Very good salary for part time, loved my team and genuinely felt there was a familial community atmosphere

      Extremely hard to manage work life balance, little to no time off, very poor company wide communication
