Pros
It's one of those companies that likes to manipulate employees and sell that they are inclusive but they are not. Because of the lack of interest in tech and constant manipulations I recommend everyone to look somewhere else. Unless this is your only choice.
Cons
Low salary, high management friction, unlimited unpaid extra hours, low life-work balance, not real growth, no tech culture.
