      Working at Mejuri has been a fantastic experience. The company is focused on creating a collaborative culture where team members can grow and develop. In addition, really take the time to ensure people have a great on-boarding experience. Also has been great to see the focus on providing an exceptional customer experience.

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
