Pros
Mejuri has a lot of potential - consumers like the purpose and mission and there are some strong products that have brought people in with affordable pricing. Mejuri continues to operate like an up and coming brand buying customers digitally and it’s not paying off as much, with new competitors offering similar products.
Cons
Lacks basic leadership skills - exec leaders don’t show up to meetings regularly which screams either lack of respect or poor leadership skills. They don’t provide clear scope of work or the realistic resources to deliver on what’s needed, nor do they have an understanding or experience with what it takes (time, strategy, process, expertise) to get things done. And then they pass the misses off as a employee problems versus any of the above.
