Pros
- It has good benefit - It good place to start your career and learn, but don't expect that growing your career because you will be stuck unless you have some relationship with the boss. - We get voucher if we write good review on glassdoor, so ignore the 5 star review here because most of them are paid review. - Good work-life-balance. Even we have remote work setting, most people will be unavailable for contact (or gone) after 6 pm. So at least no body will contact you at night and you cannot contact them.
Cons
- To much office politics, there is no career path for those are not close friend with the boss or make boss happy. - Even though we have written culture where "we should not blame others" the living culture are different people always trying to find someone to blame to cover their faces this include the senior management. - Expect somebody will became your lead or supervisor because the person has close relationship with the senior management, even though that "somebody" has bad manner or don't have skill - When you need someone to make decision you will be thrown around people and each person will have different decision which are not sync. Even there is some person has different decision during meeting and chat which will confuse everyone.
