People and atmosphere was very encouraging.

Disorganized system and few opportunities for growth.

Decent work life balance, though pay could be a little better.

HR has turned over a lot in the past year or so. During open enrollment I reached out to my typical HR person to find that they left the company a few months prior. I was informed that the HR Manager was leaving at the end of the year (2025). A third HR employee left roughly a year prior. I don’t know who I’ll reach out to when I have HR questions now.
