      Great work culture, great people to work with, incredible leadership and mentors with most of sr management

      Cons

      Better planning and being accountable to timelines, last minute decisions and changes hold the company back, and long term employees need to be respected and shown value and worth.

      The people you work along side with are great, and management do seem to care about you as long as you communicate with them.

      Cons

      Work can get repetitive, and it takes a long time to get approval to learn new skills.
