Pros

Small town family feel with billion dollar benefits. We promote from within and offer a variety of job opprotunities. If you are a hard worker and self driven you will have many directions to take your career. The pay is competive. The environment is fun and friendly. We have an open door policy with all of the managment and executive team and they are truly envolved in the day to day processes going on.

Cons

The work load is always very busy and deadline driven. The busy high intensity days occur far more often then the average easy pace. New projects and processes happen monthly. If you are looking for somewhere to sit behind a desk and just work it wont happen here. You work load will change and evolve as the business grows and evolves.

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
