Pros

I've been working with Melaleuca for almost 10 years. This has been a great company to work for. You do have room to grow your career within the company. They are truly a family oriented employer. They have great benefits( 401k, great insurance,$90 product checks every month, and longevity bonuses. With many events through out the year. - summer picnics & Christmas party for you and the family -4th of July fireworks - softball & golf tournaments -With occasional BYU and NBA (Utah Jazz) tickets. Melaleuca does a great deal for the community as well as helping out with National and world wide tragedies. I enjoy working for a company that cares for their customers and their employees as much as they do. If your looking for a fast pace work environment with room to grow your career, this is a great place to start!

Cons

There are a lot of dead lines that need to happen and often times when needed, you don't get much notice when your required to work 10 hour days.

Pros

Great to work for, the people are kind and willing to help you with any problem you run into.

Cons

They're stingy with promotions and probably won't utilize you to your fullest capacity

Pros

- side benefits are okay - it is a median sort of job - I personally have some freedom do to personal professional development on the clock when there is no immediate need for my work (happens very little) - People half listen once they know you have been at Melaleuca after about 5 years

Cons

- No management that knows what they are doing - Not very customer-focused - Don't seek to fulfill their strategic imperatives or strategies or mission - Very hard for people to listen to you because you're new - They don't have a lot of integrity - Very slow to solve problems - Don't worry about making improvements in processes or tools we use - Slow AI usage and no proficiency in AI usage, strategies or implementation - Managers micromanage because Melaleuca is "unique" - Most of the positive things they tout all the time serves only the company's image, not the employees - Don't worry about giving raises in a timely manner - Not goal-oriented employer And I could probably keep going, but will stop here.
