Lower than average pay. Feels like your constantly walking on eggshells trying to please some partners. Appears to be little growth after senior considering how many managers and supervisors are with the firm in the same positions for many years. The firm can be a bit pretentious and condescending but other firms in the area can be guilty of this as well.
