      - Good salary & benefits, - Friendly enviroment, - Job security.

      Cons

      - Management creating unnecessary workload & pressure. - Employees ideas are not respected, hr dept. is literally useless. - Certain people and their close friends gets a special treatment. - Nobody cares about the people who abuses company, no performance management and again, nobody cares about the workload.
