Been here 10 years with lots of others who have 5+ years service, a good family feel to the business. Huge investment in Training and Development with career development opportunities.

The business expects its core values to be lived and breathed and when that doesn't happen, it becomes apparent this isn't the organisation for those individuals.

From the moment of my interview, I knew Meldrums was a company I wanted to be part of. On arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and taken into a meeting room, where I had the privilege of meeting our CEO along with directors from the various divisions of the business. From that first interaction, I was made to feel more than welcome, and will never forget the personal touch of our CEO walking me out afterwards. Joining the Meldrum family has truly been the best career decision I have made. More recently, when I unfortunately took poorly in June 2025, I was shown just how special this company really is. The level of care, support and understanding I received was beyond anything I could have hoped for. From our CEO, HR team and my Op's Director, the kindness shown to me was a huge part of my recovery, and knowing that Meldrums stood right alongside my family gave me incredible strength. I am so lucky to be here today writing this, and I cannot thank you all enough. I will forever be grateful to be part of such an amazing company that not only values it's people on a professional level, but cares for them on a personal level too.
