I’ve been with Melita since 2013 and have seen first-hand how much the company values its people. It has a genuine family culture where colleagues support each other, and flexibility is part of the way we work. Growth opportunities are real — I started as an engineer and today lead the Core Networks team as Technical Head. Melita also invests in employee development. I was fortunate to receive a scholarship to support my Masters degree studies, which is a clear sign that the company believes in helping people reach their potential. The environment is approachable, and leadership is open to new ideas and collaboration.

As with any fast-paced telecom company, there are times when workloads can be demanding, especially during major projects. But the strong sense of teamwork makes those moments much easier to manage.

Melita is a company that invests greatly in its employees. From my end, I was given a scholarship to further advance my skills and knowledge, and be a better asset to the company itself. I also appreciate that our opinions are heard and catered for, and that apart from scholarships, training is given to employees constantly in order to keep process knowledge up to date.
