Pros
Great Tips! Never had a problem with co-workers! Laid back and understanding managers (for the most part). I knew the first owner and he was very nice to deal with and he was the one that ended up hiring me.
Cons
Hours were erratic. If a schedule says you leave at 4 you should be able to leave at 4 otherwise, don't put that on there. I wasn't a server so It wasn't like I had customers to look after. My last manager was horrible, I worked there for two years and I went to call out (for the first time in two years) and I was given so much BS for it. The only time he was understanding is when I had a family emergency. I left shortly after those incidents. Just be straight forward and don't be a push over Huge turnaround for staff and management.
