Good job for remote position

No Benefits available like insurance

It's a remote job and has the potential to be six figure job but management won't allow that.

Management is not what it should be. Management is difficult to reach, no real training to sell product ( the only sales reps that did make money had training from similar company). Same markets have been overworked and management won't bother to get new markets.
