Great work/life balance, positive culture, and opportunity to grow within the company. The CEO, current management, and IT team are excellent!

Annual salary increases should be considered, if not for performance, at the very least for cost of living increases/inflation. Open office concept unless this has changed.

It’s a job. Most of the co-workers are nice and fun to work with. There’s a few bad apples that spoil the bunch but that’s any where.

Low pay. Stressful at times. High turnover rate. One kuerig machine that everyone uses that’s never been cleaned. Crappy old building. Customer base is terrible, bunch of business and frat ppl who think they are the Kings and Queens of the world and expect you to bow down and do whatever they say.
