      It wasn’t hard to meet goals here. The traffic was always steady. No cold calling!!!!

      No work/life balance. Work Weekends.

      Loan goals sometimes not attainable depending on location and customer base.

      Pros

      Employer does a 100% match on 401k contribution.

      Cons

      Employer has unattainable goals to ensure bonuses or not received. When they see you may be close to reaching the goals for a bonus they create a new exception during the quarter without notice.
