      -Its easy way to get in if you have skill -The management is really nice

      -For intern, usually there are 2 option. Either salary or percantage. If you choose salary, its quite an ok salary for intern. If you choose percentage, if the game sells good you got a lot of money. If it sells bad, you got 0
