      Pros

      I am a firm believer in rural hospital settings giving better care individualized attention to patients. Upon initial employment it seemed to provide this overtime things changed.

      Cons

      After many turnovers within the department heads making employees cover other areas in the hospital created many safety concerns with patients. medical needs. Unfortunately new department heads And upper management had to follow through with the new protocols and And policies regardless of it affecting patient care.

      Pros

      I enjoy the people I work with and the location of the hospital. Very smart providers and staff. MCH does a lot of extras for us to make the environment a great place. Cares for it's employees.

      Cons

      None that stand out that makes a big difference in choosing where I work.

      Pros

      I really liked the small town hospital feel and people cared about the patients and knew the families in the community. I only give it a 2 star because a lot of good people work there, otherwise management ruined a great place to work.

      Cons

      New management seemed to only care about the money that they could make regardless of patient safety. It’s now a nursing home not a hospital filled with full care skilled patients and overworked under appreciated nurses.
