      Pros

      Lots of hard working people. Usually a clean environment. Food is very good. Parking isnt too bad. Lots of changes.

      Cons

      For a "Non-profit" organization, profitability is king and corporate greed has run amok. Pay is not what it should be and benefits are either non existant or too expensive. Employee and patient care is not as important as financial aspects. Hospitalist system is good for the doctors and the $ counters, but is a nightmare for staff and inexcusable treatment of patients. If we cant care for the patients, then why are we even here?

      I loved the people and the heart of the organization for their patients. It was a collaborative and fun environment to work in.

      None. I loved working there.

      Pros

      No micro-management, which is outstanding. Decent PTO. I think they’re trying to retain staff but simply do not understand the market.

      Cons

      Very poor communication, no structured, professional training. No department meetings, huddles or comrade. There doesn’t seem to be any motivation or desire for employee enrichment or advancement. Pay is embarrassing low and there is no excuse for this.
