Pros
Hospital has a flexible work schedule, great staff, free parking garage, easily accessible from I-10, and did I mention the parking garage?!?!
Cons
As with most larger-run companies, it's all about the bottom line. Managers will tell you what you want to hear, but then run the company the way they see fit, with no thought to you. Insurance plan is expensive and not great.
