- GREAT HEALTH BENEFITS!!! (Obviously). - 401k Matching - Employee Resources Galore! Almost overwhelming amount of resources available for employees - MHHS truly sticks to their core values and holds their employees to these standards & practices. - Friendly staff/employees

Cons

- The parking for day shift employees at TMC Campus is AWFUL. The commute is from NRG Stadium in on the metro bus (free) or you can pay monthly for on campus parking… - Greater Heights location is OLD and RUN DOWN - Limited opportunities to actually move up within this company (especially in MARKETING). Executive leadership prefers to hire outside rather than promote one of their own…

Pros

Quality care. Patient focused. Room for growth depending on skill but sometimes based on who you know which is a con. Lots of great providers who really care.

Cons

A lot of politics and favortism. People get promoted in leadership that don't deserve it which makes for a miserable experience for those working with them . Some senior leaders are disrespectful, overly demanding, disregard others time and effort, manipulative, aggressive, belittling, don't understand the workload of others, inflict punishment based on their feelings or because they want to, do things for their own benefit and are dishonest.
