Pros
Great learning experience. Lots of like minded individuals in same steps as you and great to form connections with them and networking with your clients. Old comp plan was great. Learn the basics of sales so you can bring it back to your future jobs. Should only be seen as a stepping stone unless you wish to become a manager or director internally. Give you $3k to spend on a vacation of your choosing.
Cons
No commission. New pay structure and unattainable quotas make it really difficult to make extra money or move up from $42,500 initial base. Very campaign based. Used to have an extra incentive if you did well enough you could go to an all expense paid for trip to Cancun called TOPS, I doubt they are bringing that back ever and it was a shame because they stopped it right before I was supposed to attend for first time.
