Employees within the store are usually great people and can become lifelong friends outside of work. Most stores will also have occasional cookouts, potlucks, etc. to celebrate birthdays or holidays.
Cons
Large periods of inactivity in between customers on various days. Company does not value it's employees as much as it does the bottom line.
