Pros
If you have a good manager and store team, it's the only saving grace. If you're a good sales person and your store has volume, you can make okay money with commission. Their top salesman in the Midwest area make 50-60k
Cons
Regional management is horrible, absolutely horrible. Company policies are garbage. They don't appreciate you. All appreciation benefits have been removed. They don't even give a Christmas party. No kudos for doing well. You'd think if you're one of their top producers they's give you some leeway and let you make them money. Not a chance. If they couldn't complain, they'd have nothing to say. You're micro-managed. They'd put a micro chip up you, if they could. Retail hours are typical ... weekends you work.
