Pros
Some reasons many employees and managers like MW is the flexible work schedules through out the year, but like most retailers blackout periods are very strict.
Cons
The lack of employee appreciation from upper management and also the lack of promotion from within is something right after Covid seemed to impact MW across most regions. Having your value go undervalued is frustrating especially when you produce and seeing other staff across a region drop like flies is also alarming. The 0 commission change affected many areas as well.
