Textbook Pyramid Scheme. Everyone over you may pretend to be friendly but in reality.. they just want you to take care of the grunt work for them, while they sit back and complain about the low pay they get... ALL WHILE you're getting paid much less than them.. The wages are simply unlivable. I know people who have been working for 3+ years at the co. and still are making $18.4.. The regionals are arrogant and inconsiderate as they look down on you from their office chair they send emails from...
