General management can perpetuate a toxic culture. Highly dependent on location.

You stay in great shape. You have complete free range of motion and nobody really dictates what you do or when you take your breaks.

Customers tend to assume your of lower intelligence based on the position. People tend to be extremely rude. Sometimes it is hot/cold/wet which isn't really a con for me but it may bother some. I was outside in -20 over the winter, blizzards, thunderstorms, extremely hot weather etc.
