      Pros

      This was truly a great time I spent at Menards. During my time there, I was able to meet and connect with countless individuals.

      Cons

      It definitely depends on your department, since I saw the receiving and opud teams have more physically demanding work. The GMs definitely just want the store to be the best version it can be, so that was a lot of stress at times.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
