Pros
Can’t think of any pros
Cons
-Hardly any breaks for a 7 hour shift as could take a 30 but it was highly discouraged so you could be on your feet for 7 hours straight -weren’t allowed to have a cart to put in the any inventory tools or personal items like a water bottle to remain hands free while maneuvering the store -hardly any training (don’t expect more than a few hours before they expect you to completely understand the process and the computer systems) -no guides on where items are located (it’s not even laid out where certain items were in the department and even if there is guidance it’s usually wrong) -outdated inventory system that makes a person physically count everything and manually type in counted numbers (even if items have hundreds on the shelves) -always interrupted by customers while counting which made it take at least twice as long as usually had to start over after interruption -were not trained at all on anything in the store such as items or locations of items so could not answer even basic questions -had to call department associates over the phone and they hardly ever answered and came to where they were called -no official break room (it was in an area where customers could go) -told to watch out for theft as their were no security or loss prevention teams -drug testing done for a very simple/low paying job and could get randomly tested -very stringent sick leave/call in policy -unfriendly department associates to new workers
