      Pros

      Starting pay is good for retail. A lot of good employees to work with. You learn a lot from the customers who shop there

      Cons

      There is way to much micro management going on . if you stop to say hi to another employee for one second they come over and ask you what you are working on. They will not give full time of you can't work sunday. Poor scheduling. / under staffed high turn over. If you are scheduled to work till 10 expect to be there till till 11

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
