Pros
Plenty of room for advancement if you're willing to move. Pay was reasonable for a young person without much work experience. Definitely a good place to build a strong work ethic.
Cons
Long hours, and instability among upper-level management made for a frustrating work environment. Often, customer complaints would be settled by store managers regardless of policies in place by corporate...essentially taking away any leverage mid-level managers had to support the business.
