      Couldn't find any worth mentioning

      Cons

      Low pay. Management plays favorites. Work not spread evenly. Requested days off plenty of weeks ahead of time and that are needed are never granted so you have to call off. Do not recommend to work at Menards.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
