Sales Associate - Anonymous employee Menards Employee Review

There is no printed policy and procedure manual. Young, immature, incompetent managers with heavy turn-over. My manager likes to demonstrate his athletic ability to the younger girls. Meetings cover a no gossip policy rather than pertinent information related to providing great service to the guests. There is no communication, nor is there accountability. When seeking GM assistance in correspondence to this young manager, he behavior is laughed-off. I highly do not recommend this company anymore. Management is ineffective and presentation of the store has declined in appearance and moral.
