Schedule flexibility for part timers, ability to learn new useful skills (ex. Forklift, Stock picker, low lift pallet jack, etc) transferable to other jobs, ability to transfer to other locations.
Cons
Hostile environment to new workers(from co-workers on up to HR), lack of communication, high rate of fraternization, lack of discipline, gossiping, disrespect, slave-labor, low pay, no advancement, typical dead-end job.
