Pros
You get $2.,50 extra an hour on weekends. In home training on the computer which they dont tell you about.. Also every time you should get a raise you have to take a test in order to get the raise.
Cons
Insurance is extremely expensive employees cannot afford it, low hourly pay, standing alot, hard floors, there are rules they never tell you which you must follow. No proper training, its learn as you go,. You may not be absent unless you bring in a doctors note otherwise its points taken off which means after a certain amount of points you get fired, this means if you have the flu either you come in or you will be fired if there is no doctors note, same for lateness, they dont listen to employee problems related to weather conditions. Menards policy says if for unforseen circumstances you cannot come in you cannot be taken points off but they take points off anyway and dont listen to their employees.
