Pros

Went from on the floor, to morning stock to early morning cleaning. Cleaning was the only position my boss was actually tolerable. He was nice and enjoyable. The other two were terrible.

Cons

Bosses refusing to let you use the restroom. Boss not letting you come in on your break from the garden center. Told to be in the garden center my whole shift without notice. Boss would not let me go purchase any sun screen on break or on shift. Very sunburnt by end of the 10 hour shift. Employees would hide up in the overhead storage for patio furniture to look busy and keep away from managers. Managers never happy with what you did. Two or three telling you to do different things at the same time. Then upset when you didn't complete it. At the end of the shift managers would walk through isles and not let you leave until everything was spotless and in straight lines. Frequently get out after midnight.

Pros

A few of the people are nice to work with.

Cons

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
