      Whell, over all it is really just a great place to work and the people are just so nicee. But you have to like to stand

      Cons

      Garden center in the summer, Standing, Very achy feet at the end of the day that if you can't handle don't apply.

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
