Pros
Menard was a great place to work there. I enjoy be there one of there staff, learn new thing is always my new goals. Everyday going in to work always wonder what I'm doing there and what I have learn.
Cons
Be a staff is a great place, but now I see how they don't get together and helping other. they wanted to see if you could handle there job and see if you are not lazy.
