      Pros

      Bonus for second shift and weekend. Plenty of overtime, especially for managers and supervisors.

      Cons

      Horrible raises. $.10/hour every six months. Doesn't match 401k contributions at all. very few vacation days.

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Cons

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.

      Great place to work and help people. Management is amazing and always there to guide and encourage learning.

      Must be able to work with customers who are experiencing a crisis at home or work.
