      Pros

      I got some sales experience no commission retail pay. They pay more than any other retail. They pay three dollars extra on the weekend. The management in my store was great.

      Cons

      No health insurance. Dead in Job unless you’re going to become a GM someday. Department managers do make a living wage though

      Pros

      Friendly place of work. Decent pay once in management. Flexible schedule. Bonuses.

      Cons

      No real incentives other than promoting into a role where you will be stretched too thin, under-appreciated and stuck with lacking leadership.
