Flexability with your schedule, Growth is everywhere if you're willing to put in the work to make yourself noticable to your managment team. Making connections throughout different departments will also help you!
Cons
It is to be expected when you hit any kind of management position but some of the older generation of workers below you don't respect you, especially when you're new at the position! You end up having to jump through unnecessary hoops to get one task done when they are involved (of course this is depending on the specific person). Also, tends to be a lot of drama amongst coworkers. But that is also to be expected considering the hours and days you all work together for!
