Pros
Profit Sharing is a big boost, otherwise this would just be a standard management position for retail. Every other weekend off, which is hard to come by in management retail settings. Weekends you do work, an extra $3 on the hour is given. Allotted vacation is decent for stores maxing out at 20 days after 6-7 years.
