Pros
Joined nearly six months ago, having previously been at two very large companies. Naturally, I had my trepidations about joining a smaller company. But with Mendix's class leading technology, great culture, clear vision and strategy, I needn't have worried. Its been a superb six months and I look forward to many more!
Cons
Nothing of significance to say. Normal stuff you might expect from a fast growing, smaller, company. But certainly nothing that stops you doing a great job and driving success and value at customers.
