- large product with many teams and different tech stacks - supportive colleagues and HR - fun social culture - good perks (e.g. learning budget)
Cons
- Siemens acquisition brought in undesirable processes - sometimes feels like things move slow - in some teams, the tech stack feels outdated - slowly adapting to post-pandemic, hybrid working model - good people leaving at the moment, lots of new people coming in
