50% off Forever 21 quality clothing. Clothing allowances (free clothes) for both full and part time staff - on Forever 21 quality clothing. Mindless work (if thats something your in to).

Cons

Very junior upper level management and no progression plan for those seeking a career. Managers are glorified sales people who can open and close tills, and are paid accordingly. Zero appreciation for loyal seasoned employees. Zero fashion. This is not the Mendocino you knew 4+ years ago.
