Very bad company - Customer Support Mengantar Employee Review

I would like to describe many cons in this startup. Please, don't dare yourself to enter this company even you are a fresh graduate. I can't believe this company always say that "Overtime" is a must, and we do overtime EVERYDAY! You will work 6 days and sometimes you will work 7 days. The T&C and thr contract is really not make sense, your salary will DEDUCATE even you make a small mistake!!
